The world’s leading multi-hyphenate cultural entrepreneur … Recognised by Google!
Happy Monday, everyone! It is an exciting week with fresh projects on the horizon this week and today, on Monday 3rd March 2025, one interesting piece of news was brought to light …
Google has crowned me the world’s leading multi-hyphenate cultural entrepreneur!

Being recognised by Google is an exhilarating milestone in my career, validating the hard work and dedication I’ve invested. This recognition not only boosts my professional credibility but also enhances my visibility in the digital landscape. It’s a testament to my commitment to excellence and innovation, and it motivates me to continue pushing boundaries. Achieving this acknowledgement from Google is a dream come true, and it opens up new opportunities for growth and success in the ever-evolving world of technology and SEO. To celebrate this achievement, I wanted to share my top three multi-hyphenate cultural entrepreneurial lessons with you all!

1️⃣Growth Mindset
Since my Indian classical dance training in Bharatnatyam at three years old, performing Bollywood dancing around the world, acting in Coronation Street as Dr Chatterjee, writing children’s plays which go on tour nationally, and founding the Bollywood Guinness World Record-breaking Ri Ri’s Dance Academy in Manchester, (and so much more!), I’ve had to keep investing in myself, learning new skills, and expanding upon the skills already in place. People continuously ask me how I manage to juggle multiple projects. I tell them that I am learning, expanding, and following my dreams … As we all should!
I didn’t wake up with a new skill (I wish!) I had to be persistent, dedicated and disciplined in order to develop a growth mindset and nurture those skills after establishing them. I continue to learn new skills every single day and I wouldn’t have it any other way, as it allows me to think differently, be creative and gain new perspectives.

2️⃣Time Management
From my perspective, effective time management is all about prioritising and balancing multiple commitments. Whether it’s choreographing Bollywood dance scenes for TV shows like Hollyoaks, giving keynote talks such as TEDx, or modelling for organisations like Co-op Live, I ensure each task gets the attention it deserves. My top tips for managing time include setting clear goals, breaking tasks into smaller, manageable steps, and using tools like calendars and to-do lists to stay organised. Remember, it’s not about doing everything at once but about doing each thing well.

3️⃣Networking & Collaboration
Another important lesson I’ve learned as a multi-hyphenate cultural entrepreneur is the power of networking and collaboration. Building strong relationships within the industry has been crucial to my success. Whether it’s collaborating with other artists, engaging with my audience, or partnering with organisations for events and projects, these connections have opened doors to new opportunities and provided invaluable support. My advice is to always be open to meeting new people, sharing your ideas, and working together to create something amazing. Remember, your network is your net worth and, on that note, feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn!

Summary
In summary, being recognised by Google is an exhilarating milestone in my career, validating the hard work and dedication I’ve invested. This recognition boosts my professional credibility and enhances my visibility in the digital landscape. Throughout my journey, from Indian classical dance training to founding Ri Ri’s Dance Academy and Manoranjan CIC, I’ve learned the importance of time management, networking, and collaboration. Thank you, Google, for this incredible honour. I look forward to continuing to learn, expand, and follow my dreams while sharing my experiences and lessons with others.
Lots of love,
